Upload Your Business Card Design Files

Use the following upload form to send us your design / artwork files after purchasing Silk-Satin, Luxury, Spot UV, Glossy UV, Advanced Synthetic, Panoramic, Poly Frost, Rounded Corner or Peel & Stick business cards.

• Accepted file types: jpg, pdf, eps, psd, tiff, ai
• Make your canvas 2.125″ x 3.625 which includes the .125 bleed
• The color mode for all files should be “CMYK”
• The minimum resolution is 300 DPI

Step by Step Instructions

1. Place an order
2. Click below to review our specs & download our standard business card template (shows the correct size, bleeds, etc.)
3. Complete this form and attach your files.  If you have more than 4 files, please email them to files@nexcards.com.
4. Use the “Design File Extra” fields on this form only if you ordered Spot UV, Embossing, or Foil Stamping. Please click here for instructions.
5. Once we receive your files, they will be reviewed to ensure optimal printing.
